HOW WE VET OPERATORS
Confidence begins
before takeoff.
Thoughtful operator evaluation is an essential part of arranging your journey.
OUR APPROACH
Care behind every recommendation.
ALTURA is a charter brokerage, not an aircraft operator. The air carrier is responsible for aircraft operation and flight safety. Our role is to help you assess available options with attention to operator authority, relevant safety information, aircraft suitability, and clarity of charter terms.
01 / Operating authority
Verify credentials.
We seek to confirm that proposed operators hold the appropriate operating authority for the flight, including FAA Part 135 authority where applicable.
02 / Safety information
Review what matters.
We consider available operator safety information, relevant third-party assessments where available, and questions that may warrant follow-up.
03 / Aircraft suitability
Match the mission.
We consider passenger count, route, baggage, cabin preferences, airport requirements, and other practical factors.
04 / Clear terms
Understand the details.
We seek clarity on the operating carrier, charter pricing, cancellation provisions, and other material terms.
05 / Communication
Stay informed.
We coordinate relevant information between clients and operators and help address changes or questions as they arise.
06 / Accountability
Know who operates.
The identified air carrier retains operational control and makes all flight-related safety decisions.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Nothing matters more than earning your confidence.
Specific vetting procedures and third-party accreditations should be confirmed before any public claims are made.
